ABOUT THE AUTHOR

JEANNE DURIG ALFARO

I am blessed to have such a wonderful life. My family is everything to me. I would love to share our love story with anyone looking for a feel good story.
There is so much hatred in this country – and I am hoping this story of unconditional love makes people smile. Everyone in my entire family inspires me for different reasons. Especially my husband of 44 years. He has taught me so much. Loving from the heart. Living with and loving a blind person. Love truly is blind! At least for us – having never dated and the fact that Rick took a leap of faith and married me without ever seeing me. And my Mom inspired me most of my life. She was the strongest person I know. She had so much faith and was so positive – nothing could stop her when she wanted something – and if she didn’t know how to get it, she would find a way.
